About Us
As a commercial landlord who had experienced frustration through inept property management, Petra Thann took over the management of her commercial property. After doing so for 5 years, Petra decided to get qualified and offer her services to others.
She is a qualified lawyer, has a commerce degree (marketing major), is a licenced real estate agent and a licenced strata manager.
Petra also brings a wealth of business experience to her role. She has worked in both in small and large business and has experienced being both a commercial landlord and commercial tenant, bringing perspective and understanding to property management. She loves adding value for her landlords and helping them realise their asset’s potential in a stress free manner.
